Lyndell established Will Organise in 1999 as a boutique Conference organising company to work with association clients. Will Organise now works with a number of Associations, both with their Conference management requirements, and offering Secretariat services. She has nearly 20 years experience in Conference organising, working on events up to 5000 people and is an award winning event organiser, with 2 events she managed receiving awards – the first in 1998 being ‘National Conference of the year – over 500 delegates’ and the second in 2003 being ‘NSW Conference of the Year – less than 500 delegates’. In addition to this in 2009 Will Organise won the national ‘Meetings or Events Management Organisation (less than 8 employees)’.

Lyndell was one of the first conference organisers in Australia to achieve accreditation in 1997.  She has also taught at the University of NSW, Kenvale College and TAFE in Meetings and Events Management.

Lyndell stepped down as Director of Will Organise in 2016 and Alicia Smith stepped into that role.  Lyndell remains focused on working with Associations in the role of administration/business manager, where the rest of the team are focused on managing the requirements for the annual conferences and update meetings.  All 5 of the team work closely together and are located in the same office.

Will Organise is the Conference Organiser for the SPANZA meetings, and to date has organised the conferences since 2008, excluding the 2010 SPANZA and ASPA combined meeting, Queenstown, New Zealand.
